Mobile Tech RX is a software company that creates useful mobile applications for automotive reconditioning technicians around the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Auto recon technicians work in paintless dent repair, wheel and tire repair, window tinting, and other services for automobiles.

Their application helps businesses save time and money, increase their customer base with fast, professional estimates, streamline invoicing, and more.

The Challenge

Before our partnership, Mobile Tech RX was already incredibly successful in the paintless dent repair market. They enlisted Blackhawk’s help to expand into other service markets like window tinting, glass repair, wheel repair, and detailing.

They needed a fast, strategic team to help them launch highly-involved, tactical digital marketing and advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Search.

Their main goal? Get as many new subscribers as possible via sign ups for free 30 day trials with the mobile application.

HOW WE HELPED

First, we helped Mobile Tech RX organize and optimize their existing online advertising accounts and campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Quora, and Google.

Then, our advertising manager and designer worked together to create new ads on each platform, while making sure conversion tracking and analytics were properly setup between the Mobile Tech RX website and ad platforms.

The campaigns reached each auto recon service market (glass repair, window tinting, etc.) with highly specific copy, design, and targeting.

Later on, new campaigns were added to promote new features: Analytics and Detailing.
