International Transportation Services is a national freight carrier with hubs in Laredo and El Paso, Texas. Founded in 1985 with just one truck and a few routes, they now ship across the entire United States and Mexico.

The Challenge

International Transportation Services had been burned by other digital marketing agencies in the past. They were looking for a partner who worked quickly, and could provide support across a wide variety of services.

By consolidating their digital efforts with Blackhawk, they were able to save money and move faster towards their goal of hiring the drivers they need to support and grow their freight carrier business.

Our team helped ITS by creating and managing cohesive driver hiring campaigns across their website, social media, paid social, paid search, and email marketing efforts. 

We started by creating some great looking ads for Facebook and other social media services and promoting them all over the state of Texas. By tracking the effectiveness of each ad we were able to determine what worked best and how we could get the most interaction and job applications from our advertisements. 

This design scheme was taken into account when we were creating other job postings and email marketing templates to make a professional, interconnected campaign throughout many different services. 

Blackhawk runs highly specific, targeted campaigns across the state of Texas to find the best drivers for the local, long haul, and yard spotter job positions.
