Keller WIlliams is an international real estate company headquartered in Austin, Texas. Its team-focused approach and business model equips agents with a technological edge and the ability to offer customers top-notch properties. They are the largest real estate franchise, both in number of agents and overall sales volume.
The project manager in their marketing department was taking leave for three months. With key initiatives and events coming up, they needed someone to come aboard to help move projects to the finish line.
Additionally, Keller Williams needed the help of a design and copywriting team to push several websites live. They also needed additional help managing their email marketing, from uploading lists, to building out workflows and landing pages, and everything in between.
With Keller Williams being such a large, powerful organization, with many new initiatives, having the help of a team like Blackhawk helps keep things speedy and on time. Additionally, as the company seeks to refine its processes, they were looking to clean up their processes, points of communication and database storage, and optimize their automations. This would most effectively be done by merging their two HubSpot accounts.
Blackhawk rose to the challenge – our web, email, design, and writing teams worked together to help Keller Williams achieve the results they came to us seeking. Our service teams moved quickly, consistently updating the Keller Williams team during weekly calls.
The Keller Williams team loved working with us so much, they came back to us a few months later with the request for a fractional project manager. Blackhawk shared the partnership sentiment, and gladly lended a hand to the KW team in their time of need.
Fractional project manager tasks included meeting scheduling, note-taking, creating training materials, weekly website updates, and serving as a general liaison between departments.
As part of our ongoing relationship with Keller Mortgage, we helped them merge their two Hubspot accounts into one. This consisted of transferring all contacts, properties, integrations, and marketing content. This not only made navigating the CRM easier for the Keller Williams team, but also for those that they communicate with in their larger sphere of influence.
Our Fractional Project Manager joined the Keller Williams marketing team and helped eight initiatives reach the finish line during their team member’s leave, in addition to creating leave-behind materials documenting process improvements.
