Bren (she / her) was born and raised in Austin, Texas. She didn’t travel far for college – just down the road to Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas where she studied Digital Media Innovation and Mass Communication. She has two dogs, Attie and Archie, who both love playing fetch and going on long walks! In her free time, you can find her playing pickleball, sand volleyball (through our company league with Austin SSC), or spikeball. As a typical Austin native, she loves going to Lake Travis, sipping on margaritas at Matt’s El Rancho, and having a superiority complex about being a local.
Bren joined the Blackhawk Web team in December of 2021 as a Web Resident, and is now working as a Web Specialist. As a Web Specialist, Bren works in Web Development, building new websites for clients. She also runs our Web Support HelpDesk, and assists with monthly Web Maintenance. Some of her favorite projects have been working with Cutters Landscaping, Sentient Energy, and Cabo Bob’s Burritos.

I don’t know how Bren does all that she does! She’s so well-rounded and can tackle so much in just one day, from managing tickets on HelpDesk, to building sites on WordPress and Shopify. She’s also SO SO funny – it’s always a good day when she’s in the office.
Bren has proven to be nothing short of dedicated, welcoming, and willing. Whether we’re competing in a game of pickleball or working together on a solution for a client, Bren stays focused and meets her goals! Plus, it’s a bonus that she has some good jokes up her sleeve.
