Rich is often referred to as “just a kid from Akron”. He’s kept an “Ohio state of mind” all throughout his life, even as he found his way to the Lone Star State by following his girlfriend who landed a job deep in the heart of Texas. Immediately upon arriving in Austin, he fell in love with the laid back vibes and good times of the city. In addition to going to concerts and embarking on hikes with his dog Luna, he “enjoys” watching the Cleveland Browns with his classic saying, “there’s always next year”.
Rich is a sales and marketing analytics professional with eight years of experience driving digital marketing strategies for a diverse range of clients. He has worked for leading companies in the tech industry, including a Fortune 500 corporation, a top 2000 Inc. tech company, and most recently at Blackhawk Digital Marketing, where he has spent the past 3.5 years. As the Head of Client Services, Rich manages a team that helps over 150 clients achieve their business objectives through comprehensive digital marketing strategies. His focus is on understanding each client’s unique needs and delivering actionable insights that drive impactful results. He spends his days in the office collaborating with our SEO, Social, Web, and Ads teams to ensure that our clients get the best of the best.
