Kaylee (she / her) was born and raised in Lake Charles, Louisiana. She graduated from McNeese State University with a Bachelors in General Studies, minoring in Psychology and Sociology. After living in Southwest Louisiana all of her life, she moved to Austin to pursue a career in a creative industry. Outside of work, Kaylee spends her afternoons at Zilker or on her paddleboard at Lady Bird Lake. She enjoys visiting coffee shops, cooking and baking at home, and catching happy hours at her favorite spots!
Kaylee joined the Blackhawk team in May 2022 as a contractor – in these days she spent most of her time writing and designing where needed. She quickly transitioned into the role of Email Specialist, where she designed and wrote newsletters, built out complex campaigns, and more. Today, she serves as a Social Media Specialist, with a continued focus on email marketing, design, and copywriting. As a Social Media Specialist, Kaylee administrates all of our client’s social media marketing efforts and assists the team with creative as needed.
Kaylee’s attention to detail and ability to elevate anything that comes her way make her an asset to any team. Whether it’s offering guidance on social or email design, crafting compelling stories, managing accounts, or providing valuable insights, she is always ready to go the extra mile.
