Andrea was born in Houston, Texas – Go Stros! When she was five, her family moved to Moscow, Russia. There, she learned how to speak fluent Russian and appreciate cultures all over the world. Since living in Russia, Andrea has found her home back in Austin, Texas. In her free time, you can find her hanging out with her Boston Terrier, Petunia, reading non-fiction, and creating hyper-specific playlists.
Andrea’s professional career started in 2017 as an intern on the Social Media team at Blackhawk. In that position, she used her Communications degree from Baylor University to write copy for social content across a variety of platforms for different audiences. Andrea later became a Creative Strategist on the Social Media team as she grew her skills. During that time, she focused on expanding her skill set from copywriting to graphic design and social media strategy. Now, in her role as an Account Manager, Andrea specializes in working alongside brand-focused clients who are hoping to see big returns in all areas of the marketing funnel.
