Texas Treats spreads the joy, spirit, and hospitality of the Lone Star State through custom gifts infused with love.
They offer in-store and online services, and allow customers to craft the perfect gift by selecting from a variety of Texas-made goodies, souvenirs, and southern staples.
The Challenge
Having already created a positive experience for every customer that came through their doors, Texas Treats was seeking a reliable, responsive marketing partner to help them stimulate their purchase funnel, acquire big-ticket corporate clients, and continue spreading the word about their amazing products.
The Solution
To nail down the message of Texas Treats, Blackhawk began with a brand voice project, which resulted in a comprehensive guide that informs their messaging across social media, their website, and ad graphics.
To ensure the best possible user experience on the e-commerce site, Blackhawk did a complete overhaul of the sitemap to ensure a user-friendly sitemap architecture, as well as adding keywords into page titles, meta descriptions, and other on-site SEO elements to gain more visibility for corporate-focused keywords. We also provided UX-focused web design and development services, coupled with expert copywriting help. As a result, Texas Treats has seen significant growth across a variety of marketing channels, namely organic search via SEO.
