Megan (she/her) grew up in Austin, Texas. She spent two years at Kilgore College as a member of the Kilgore College Rangerettes before earning her Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a minor in Graphic Design from Texas A&M University. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, going to local coffee shops (Summer Moon is her favorite), and going on walks.
Megan joined the Blackhawk team in June 2025 as a Graphic Design Resident. She regularly works on designing for social media, paid ads, and email marketing. She loves getting to design for the many different aspects of Blackhawk’s work and is passionate about using her creativity and growing as a designer every single day.
Megan hit the ground running right out of college and has been an absolute pleasure to have on the team. She approaches her work with a great attitude, always willing to learn from others while also bringing her own fresh ideas. It’s great to see how much she values feedback and opinions, constantly looking for ways to grow and improve. Her ability to take ownership of her designs and her positive, “plus-one” mindset have truly made a difference.

She’s a skilled and reliable graphic designer who works with a quiet focus and never misses a detail. Beyond her incredible talent, Megan is an absolute pleasure to work with. She’s honest, kind, and always a go-getter, tackling every project with a fantastic attitude. I love sitting next to Megan in the office because she brings a kind energy and supportive presence that makes everyone feel at home.
