Mackenzie (she / her) grew up in Austin, Texas and attended the University of Arkansas. She is a 2022 graduate from the university, with a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Political Science. As much as she loved small-town Fayetteville, she wanted something more – so she moved back to Austin. Outside of work, you can find her at any spin studio (RIDE is her favorite), drinking margaritas, hanging out with her cats, Olive and Cowboy, painting rocks, and cracking jokes.
When she first got to Blackhawk, Kenzie started on the RevOps team as a Sales Development Representative. After about six months at Blackhawk, she then found her strength in Client Management, where she works to this day as an Account Specialist. She works closely with our clients to ensure they are kept up to date on what the team is doing and how we are achieving their marketing goals. She interfaces daily with our SEO, Web, Social, and Ads teams to ensure our clients get only the best. Not only is she valued by our clients, she also devotes a lot of time to making the employees happy at Blackhawk – she’s our resident party planner and office manager.
Kenzie, our Account Manager is upbeat, fun, responsive, and does a great job holding the Blackhawk team accountable to any open actions. She gets sh*t done.
