About Jess
Jess (she/her) grew up in Crosby, Texas, and now calls New Braunfels home. She earned her degree in English and Professional Writing from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Outside of work, you’ll find her floating the river, out on her kayak, or at home with her cats and dogs. She also helps her husband with his small business. When she has downtime, she’s usually reading or playing video games, and Baldur’s Gate is a favorite. She’s a devoted fan of The Lord of the Rings trilogy (extended editions), Game of Thrones, and the A Song of Ice and Fire books that started it all.

What our team has to say about Jess.
— Alexa
“Jess is the person who keeps our web and SEO work moving. When I bring her a client question, a new request, or something we promised on a call, I know it’s in good hands and will get followed through. She juggles a lot of projects at once and still stays organized, responsive, and calm. She also cares about getting the details right before anything goes to a client. Every website project she runs gets to launch on track and feels smooth from start to finish for everyone involved.”
— Wren
“Jess keeps our SEO and web world turning. She made the handoff between SEO and web the smoothest it has ever been, catches loose ends before they become problems, follows through on everything she says she will, and has a task ready for me before I even think to ask for it. When we’re not talking about work, we’re trading book recommendations, and her taste is just as reliable as her project management.”
