What was your favorite part about the Blackhawk Internship Program?
My ability to truly experience so many different parts of Blackhawk was my favorite part of the internship program! Rotating through so many different roles gave me insights I never expected to gain as a first-time intern.
Did you enjoy working in a “start-up” like workspace? Did you feel like you benefited from being in a smaller work environment?
As a young professional, the “start-up” workspace gave me the opportunity to not only learn all parts of the business, but truly have an impact on the company. Being welcomed into the smaller team made it possible for me to truly get to know my coworkers and learn from their experience.
