My favorite part of the Blackhawk Internship Program was getting to work with some amazing individuals! The people at Blackhawk really cared about me and the work I did, they served as great learning resources and great friends.
Did you enjoy working in a “start-up” like workspace? Did you feel like you benefited from being in a smaller work environment?
I enjoyed working in a “start-up” like workspace because the smaller work environment allowed us to successfully work both as individuals and as a team. If I ever needed assistance with something, I could easily just slide my chair over and ask for it.
Did your Blackhawk internship continue after the end of the official program?
